Marion Roaman is a trailblazing entrepreneur, wellness leader, and co-founder of Peloton. With over three decades of experience in fitness, coaching, and culinary wellness, Marion has built and led some of the most innovative wellness platforms in the world. She founded New York's original boutique cycling studios (later acquired by Flywheel), then went on to shape Peloton’s live-streaming model, studio experience, and instructor-driven content as Co-Founder and Chief Content Officer. She later served as Chief Content Officer at Swerve Fitness, a B2B virtual cycling platform, and brings a unique blend of business savvy, human-first leadership, and wellness expertise to everything she does. A trained chef and Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Marion is passionate about helping people feel deeply connected — to themselves, their work, and their communities.Whether she’s coaching founders, designing immersive fitness experiences, or talking about the future of wellness, Marion brings warmth, wisdom, and bold creative vision to every conversation.

After thirty years as a business owner and entrepreneur, I decided it was time to help other's achieve their dreams. In order to master my craft as a coach, I became a Nationally Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach as well as a Certified Master Life Coach.

Together, we will discover what it is you have been searching for. We will then devise a plan, put it into action, I will hold you accountable and you will succeed.
